Tom would be the best with the people who didn't quite believe they were dead? But only because he was busy taking artistic and creepy photos of their death, so he has proof.
Kind of--- they aren't, like, typical "black parade" reapers, in my head? They're just kind of a team of odd circumstance reapers (hence the photo thing)--- Max is logical and talks people down from insanity that's going to turn them into bad news spirits... Ryan has a lot of energy and spaz and is in charge of roping in runners and such, plus he often is bloody c/o the drumming he still does in his spare time, so he works kind of well with the ones that have potential to be violent? Or also with the ones who need to focus on how they can still be useful and lets them take care of him and not just focus on how they're dead. Sean does deal with the lost ones, in that he is often lost himself, so it all comes back to sneakily helping them find their way by letting them be in charge and lead him back... or wandering around lost together and chatting it out until they're pretty okay with being dead and have come to terms with it.

What does Sean do? Does he help the ones who get lost?
