Well, Ryan Ross is an Unspeakable who freaks people out regularly. Jon is an Auror in the research and development division, and there are some shenanigans there. Brendon and Spencer work in experimental potions. The funny thing about that is they were actually apprehended, at one point, by Mike's team for illegal potions...when in fact they had a permit etc.

Spencer will NOT let Mike forget it. (Nobody is surprised by either bits of information, okay?)

Tom is a squib! He love/hates the Wizarding World, but Jon doesn't ever let the hate last too long. Tom has a distinct weird hate/love with Wizarding film. He meets Sean because Sean's a wizard who Jon knows really well, but it's all weird 'cause sometimes Tom doesn't know how certain people will handle the fact that he's a squib.

The Cab are in there! They're another Auror team (the one that Mike's team tied up), except that. They don't really catch a lot of suspects. They try REALLY hard though.

Cassadee is there!! She's in experimental charms, which is sometimes amusing, because she often veers from what research she's supposed to be doing, so there are a lot of reprimands and such. But she's actually pretty good with charm-work. She is, however, comically bad at transfiguration.

THE COBRAAAAASSSS. Alex and Ryland own a wizarding cafe that's sort of this hip, but comfy trendy place wherein Victoria sells charmed hair supplies, as she holds some of the best OWLS and NEWTS scores in charms. (Greta got her hairclip from Vicky-T!) Gabe and Nate ramble around the country, reigning in magical beasties. Gabe is stupidly proud of any bite he gets, while Nate just likes roadtripping.

Greta, Nicole, Cassadee, and Victoria all went to the Salem Institute for Witches, so they've known each other for years upon years, basically. (Greta and Nicole hooked up once, while still at school. It still makes Nicole blush like crazy. It makes Kevin blush even more)

Most everyone else went to the general wizarding school (think Hogwarts for the midwest of the US, basically), and there were more makeouts in corners than you can imagine. (There was, however, the oft-spoken of incident of when Jon Walker brought his Squib bff to the school in his trunk. Thankfully, Tom was discovered before they shrank said trunk.)

At Christmas, every year, the SIfW hosted a mixed ball, which meant that there were BOYS. All the girls were, predictably, thrilled. Victoria kind of entertained the idea of taking little Brendon Urie home with her. Not for nefarious purposes, but because HE IS ADORABLE, GRETA, I DEMAND THAT HE BE MINE. (Victoria, we talked about this, you can't just claim other students.) (Bite me, Ashlee) (When and where? *leer*)

Speaking of!! Ashlee!!! She was a general student, which is to say, she was pretty decent in everything, but she's most well-known for being the youngest Headmistress the Salem institute has ever seen. It cracks Victoria up like NOTHING ELSE.

Joe is in Auror training, and it sort of terrifies Kevin to think of Joe. Catching criminals. (Nick is in R&D of new spells and he is, unsurprisingly, the oldest-young-person on staff.)

The main shenanigations I can think of, off the top of my head, is the year that nobody talks about because of a potions accident wherein Ashlee, Greta, and Victoria exploded the potions lab and were thus barred from ever working together in potions. (Cassadee is a good witch, kind of Ron-like, talent-wise, but the girl can melt a cauldron in five minutes flat.)

HE TOTALLY IS. HE LECTURES PEOPLE TEN YEARS OLDER THAN HIM ABOUT PROPER PROCEDURE. And then finds creative ways around it.

Ashlee is more than willing to let kids get away with the same shit she got away with and a little more.

And Nick is a perfect little curmudgeon who makes faces, but actually makes attempts to get to know Mike, for Kevin. And there are times when Nick DOES like Mike, and none more-so than when Kevin rolls his eyes fondly and snorts, but Nick can see the affection that they both have for each other. Nick is the type that he WANTS to dislike Mike, but Mike is strangely likable. (Joe, however, liked Mike from the minute Kevin started talking about all the shit that has happened to Mike's Auror team.) (that does NOTHING to make Kevin less scared of Joe-The-Auror)

Kevin is at least, pretty confident that Joe will get placed with an experienced Auror team who do not get weekly complaints about their langauge. (Greta isn't stupid. She's met Joe a few times. There is no way she will put him with Mike's team.) Nate's actually pretty good about keeping up with in date copies of fantastic beasts and where to find them, but Joe likes his out-of-date one more. (Alright, dude, but don't come running to me, when something bites your hand off.)

Gabe keeps a various host of ready-made antidotes for most creatures that they encounter more often than not. They're actually brewed by Bill, 'cause Bill's a good buddy like that. Nate's a little freaked out, because Joe isn't just kind of dumb, he's got the strangest dumb luck that Nate has ever SEEN. Next to Gabe.

And Ryland's actually a decent herbologist, he's got a whole greenhouse out behind the cafe, and thus, he completely identifies with Kevin's plight of STOP TRAMPLING FLOWERBEDS, MIKE. (NOT MY FAULT THEY'RE IN THE WAY, KEVIN.) (YOU COULD WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING.) (I'LL DO THAT NEXT TIME, AND THEN WE'LL LOSE THE SUSPECT.) (>_<)

The thing is. Ryland is a specialist there and sometimes Alex gets involved and then they get things like what made Gabe see The Cobra. After that, Victoria has to limit them to a couple of batches a year, jfc.

And Mike's friends (aside from his team/people Kevin already knew, natch) don't really MEET Kevin until Mike and Kevin have been together for a few months. But when Kevin tells Ryland about all the destroyed greenhouses and flowerbeds, he just pats his hand and offers him free tasty beverages for 'emotional trauma'.

Gabe kind of thought it was weird, but dude, it's all cool. Victoria sort of knew OF Kevin from Greta and Nicole, etc. But the people who are the most recalcitrant are Mike's team. There's a period of a few months where nobody is quite sure how to react to Kevin now not only being there in an official capacity, but as Mike's boyfriend. It's a little weird, but they're never, like, MEAN or anything about it.

(Mike's mother is, reportedly, thrilled with Kevin.)

They do, to the extent that it depends on the pureblood family and all. The Jonases PREFER that their children go to the marriage bed pure, however, there is the thing of it's a horrid patriarchy in that it mostly refers to the young ladies being pure, rather than the males. Greta and Victoria campaign against that notion SO HARD, dear lord. They are like Hermione with S.P.E.W. However, Kevin had decided, during his last year of school, that while it only applied to the young ladies, he liked the thought of just one person for him. It made him sort of lonely sometimes, and it's always awkward to explain the Wizard's Oath he has with Nick ('cause Nick is the one person who wouldn't let Kevin break it) to people. But Mike, while not really GETTING it, tries to understand.

And that's a good question!! Basically, Greta sort of adores Kevin (he is like a puppy, oh my god) (Greta, we talked about this, you should not call your employees puppies.) (BUT VICTORIA, HE'S ADORABLE.), and she works it out that Nicole takes over the majority of their casework, and assigns Kevin to Mike's team as an addendum of sorts. It's actually a pretty sweet deal, as Kevin gets a pay raise and the amount of complaints is cut by, like, five.

I think I love Three Cheers so much because I have so many memories tied into it? It came out in my Senior year of high school, and a friend of mine got me a copy and for about three months, it was all we listened to...and then myself, my bff, and her boyfriend all went to Warped Tour and saw My Chem. And it was amazing. And as much as I like My Chem, I don't quite know if I wanna see them on this tour or whatever, because I KNOW it won't come anywhere CLOSE to how amazing Warped was.
