i have this mental block against shipping max with anyone, but i got past it just to read this fic because curiosity got the best of me, haha. and i enjoyed it! it's sad, but it's not at the same time. i don't know. it's like there's a glimmer of hope at the end. and i enjoyed sean and ryan's reactions, ahaha.
