Urk.

I am...pretty much completely uninspired to do anything creatively. I went out today to take some pictures before I picked up Addy and. Nothing. Like, sitting there, holding my camera and going 'wtf' is not a fun feeling.

IDK, if it comes to comment fics or something, I'm fine. I just have no inspiration to sit down and write, even though I have ideas. At this point, I still have to finish editing my BGBB, but that won't take much, I don't think. But at this point, I kind of hate it. Like, I'm to the point that I'm ready to submit the fucking thing and ignore it for the rest of time.

Is that good or bad? That's probably really bad. IDK, IDK, IDK.

I'm kind of freaking out? Um. I think my fic needs a prologue and that maybe I should write one and I don't know what to write, if I can write it and. Yeah, kind of freaking out.

freaking out is understandable...it happens..realistically does it deep down feel like it needs a prologue? if not then it probably doesn't.

sometimes the freaking out circles itself and gets tenser and tenser

TELL ME MORE ABOUT PRODUCER!KEVIN THE MOTHERHEN OF VISITING BANDS! who else has he helped? who was the first?

PRODUCER!KEVIN'S WORKED WITH A BUNCH OF TINY BANDS. TAI are the biggest band that Kevin's worked with, but he didn't exactly want to tell them that, because y'know, they don't have the most faith in him.

The first band that Kevin worked with though was some small band that didn't do much, they fizzled out, but their ep got out there and people started taking notice of Kevin. It kind of embarrasses Kevin a little, because seriously, it was just a favor he did.

It sometimes makes him laugh that the first band that used him as a starting point was Frankie's short-lived, but weirdly delightful, punk band when he was about fourteen. It was Frankie's "rebellious" period and Kevin helped that, and that album actually is kind of what put Kevin on the map for bands looking to redefine their sound.

But when TAI called, Kevin actually waffled about it for ages. Because, y'know, Kevin doesn't know their music...whereas, he at least knew Frankie's band and the type of music they were making.

What does his family think of this new line of work? Is it just Kevin's passing fancy, or are they proud of him, or just confused (did you see this weeks JONAS LA? Substitute music video director with producer and tell me if its the same reaction?)

They kind of think that it's good...like, y'know, at least Kevin's still IN music, even if he's not making it. They're much more preoccupied with Frankie's little punk band, because, y'know, profanity laden etc.

(I haven't seen ANY JONAS LA. I've heard so much bad that it makes me whimper and just cling to regular awesome JONAS)

Plus, he's being quiet, flying under the radar, basically not making trouble (is Joe still speed dating his way through young!Hollywood?)

(when J:LA is bad, it is very bad, esp. the first few eps. But when it is good, it is EPIC LULZ)

Joe's actually doing that thing where he keeps TRYING to be serious about his craft. He just doesn't choose the best roles for that. (And he's almost always photographed with someone different, but he won't STFU about Demi)

Joe speeddating through hollywood just makes me LOL. he thinks he's a player, but he's just a dick (and Nick's not much better. Why do I see Frankie with an awesome girlfriend who's pierced and tattooed but fabulous and Frankie is devoted to her?)

The difference between Nick and Joe is that Nick is SUPER INTENSE about being taken seriously. And ahahahaha, YES. She's a little hardcore punk rawk girl who will pwn Frankie's ass so hard, but Kevin kind of likes her.

Nick thinks he's this wonderful boyfraand but he's so self-centred even his 'nice' gestures tend to be about him. He's a pissy little bitch in a corner though (I was flicking through channels yesterday and crossed E! just as Selena Gomez was asked if she's record with Nick again. The look on her face made it seem like she was just asked if the moon was made of cheese, snickered, and went "No," very firmly and derogatorily. I loled)

Frankie's girlfriend is in the band? Can she be the drummer? Cos girldrummers are HAWT (see icon) she's also seven flavours of awesome. Kevin is the only other Jonas that likes her.

I feel like maybe Mike/TAI have gone out on tour with Frankie's band, but they don't realize...y'know, that Frankie is the same Frankie that Kevin talks about.

Joe's got kind of a benign neglect thing going on after the first whirlwind rush. Nick just doesn't get girls, really. Frankie's girlfriend is epically awesome and is not afraid to go toe to toe with Frankie. (the makeup sex is epic, and thanks Frankster but I didn't need to know that)

Frankie's band is scene-cool, rather than mainstream

Frankie's band makes their LIVING on the scene. They tour any festival circuit they can, even if it's not their style of music. They change up their sound accordingly. It was actually kind of Kevin's suggestion...and he's kind of proud that it's working out for the Frankster.

he's kind of proud of the Frankster generally. he wish he had been able to tell his dad "no" that young, for one.

The thing is...the reason that Frankie said no so young is because he saw exactly what it would entail to say yes. He saw what it did to his brothers and he didn't wanna do that.

that and Frankie is kinda awesome. Frankie brought his band to Kevin knowing Kevin would be able to help him, but more importantly, e hoped it would allow him to help Kevin.

Frankster sometimes thinks he's the only person in his family who sees how big and painful the cracks are on Kevin's soul. And that makes him sad

And thank you...and I've got something like that, but I just can't. I think right now, I worked so extensively on BGBB that I don't want to work on anything just yet. But yeah.

For what it's worth, I think the BGBB is fine prologue-less. And I was feeling the same way after I posted my JBBB, so it might just be a result of so much time and effort put into something so close to you.

At this point, I'm so weird over it, I don't even know if I can tell what it needs or doesn't. It jumps in there rather suddenly, I don't know if it needs some more set-up, but like...having some time away from it, I think that it'll be fine?

I don't really have any inspiration to put to a prologue, but I'm feeling better about not having one.

And I was really hoping it was going to be...so much time/so close rather than, dude, I hate this fic. So yeah.
