freaking out is understandable...it happens..realistically does it deep down feel like it needs a prologue? if not then it probably doesn't.
sometimes the freaking out circles itself and gets tenser and tenser
*cling hugs you lots*
if you have the time maybe step back for a little bit and shake it off. Being in the heat of the thoughts might cloud any reasonable thoughts.
*though I could be wrong*
