If you do a little bit each day, you'll find that you can do more as you go along. Start slow and work yourself up to it. No need to get overly ambitious right away. Get your body in shape to get in shape, you know what I mean? Ten minutes is very good for the first try. In few days, you might be able to do 15 minutes and later on twenty. It's takes time and patience and the more you do, the more you'll be able to do. Just be sure to have a good pair of running shoes and a good bra. You don't need to injure yourself doing this.
