Summary: There are times when Zac hates being a pool boy. Like when creepy Mrs. Fincher down the street insists on tucking the check into his shorts or slapping his ass as he walks by. It's just weird, and he sort of regrets offering to clean pools and stuff for some extra cash.

But he doesn't really mind cleaning up for Kevin Jonas.

So...yeah. Apparently, my brain won't shut the hell up about this. Iiiii don't know why. But this and Kevin/Macy are going to be the universes of my brain. IDEK YOU GUYS.

You probably should read The Original Drabbles and The Subtle Grace Of Gravity before this. You don't have to, because I think this is pretty self-explanatory, but it'll give you a better insight to this particular fic.

Summary: There's a frisson of tension that shoots through Kevin at the contact, his heart speeding up, and his mind going blank.

( And Kevin forgot, almost, that Zac had visited the hospital with his Unit. They'd been the cavalry, coming in and helping to clean up and if Kevin stops to think about it (he doesn't, not too much anymore), it's because of Zac's Unit that they found Joe at all. )

....So. On top of writing Kevin/Macy, I'm now writing more in that Lovebug universe I started? Um. As in, right now...I have this in a notepad:

"Jonas?"

"Efron?"

Zac's face breaks out into a blinding grin that's hidden by a scruff that Kevin is sure Zac's calling a beard, but his eyes are the same, as Kevin laughs louder than he means to, pulling Zac into a hug. They thump each other on the backs and laugh as Kevin pulls back, inviting him inside.

"How the hell are you, Jonas?"

"Fair enough. Yourself? How's that wife you were always going on about?"

"Not my wife anymore, but can't really blame her," Zac says, shrugging, even though his voice doesn't waver, his eyes dim a little as he takes in the house, grinning a little.

"Oh, I'm sorry," Kevin says, leading him into the kitchen and offering him some tea.

"Good god, no. Had enough of that in merry ol' England. Shit. How's that brother of yours?"
